Every session—whether a group class or one-on-one treatment—is guided by careful observation, clinical reasoning, and respect for the individual body.

Teaching Philosophy & Approach

Amanda’s teaching is grounded in the belief that movement should support the nervous system, breath, and overall wellbeing—not overwhelm it.

In a fast-paced world where exercise is often rushed and results-driven, Amanda offers a more considered approach. Her classes encourage presence, precision, and awareness, allowing the body to build strength and flexibility safely while calming the mind.

Clients are supported to move with intention rather than momentum, improving technique, breath connection, and long-term physical resilience.

Her aim is for every person to leave the studio feeling:

Accomplished, Rejuvenated & more connected to their body and breath.

Movement should leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced—ready to engage fully with your day or settle into deep, restorative rest.

A Commitment to Whole-Person Health

Health is not a destination—it is an ongoing journey of awareness, growth, and adaptation. Amanda is deeply invested in supporting each client as an individual, ensuring they are seen, guided, and supported at every stage of their wellness journey.

“When you look after your body, your body looks after you.”
